Sahayak

This project was made by me and my teammates (Shubham, Shivam ,Arpit) as a hackathon project under transportation theme. We have been two time winners using this project.

Description

It is fully working android application which helps the commuters get on the bus easily.
It is focused for low visioned people and those who are new to city.
It was made as a web app which finally got converted to Android application with the help of cordova.

Features

• It runs on BLE. So, it is energy efficient.
• It is a very light app (less than 7 MB).
• It does not at all require any internet connection.
• It works good everywhere,from remote locations to big crowded cities.

Achievements

• Won first prize at National Eureka Hackathon out of 65 total teams.
• Winner at the Pascathon - national level hackathon organized by PICT Pune.
